These regular check-ins will help you stay accountable and committed to your weight loss journey.

Here is a snapshot of what you can expect every four weeks:

Week 1: Start-up

  • Initial phone discussion and you schedule a time to come not the office or a tele-medicine conference with our experienced medical staff.
  • Complete application form and paperwork. Sign up for a $99 per month membership plan. This can be done in the office or remotely.
  • Receive your personalized recommendations for diet, exercise, and mental well-being.
  • We then also give you a prescription for your blood draw. This can be done preferably in our office or remotely at one of 2,000 locations nationwide with Labcor or Bio-reference Labs. The cost of blood draw in the office is $35. Cost of blood draw at Labcor or Bio-reference should be covered by your medical insurance.
  • Results of blood draw are typically received in office in a couple of days.
  • Our physicians will then review your blood test results.
  • If everything looks okay, they will then write you a prescription for a GLP-1 weight loss medication. Doing so they will take into consideration your health insurance coverage as well as various promotions being offered by Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro. Prescription cost will vary from a low of $10 per month with insurance and coupons to $1,250 per month with no insurance coverage.
  • If you do not have insurance coverage, ask the physician about taking generic version of the above medications known as Semaglutide. The cost is an inexpensive $390 per month compared with the $1,250 for the name brand Ozempic.
  • The staff will check your Blood Pressure, weight, and BMI, and take a photo of you at thestart of the process for yourmedical chart. Preferable this is in the office.  Alternatively, send this information to the medical staff by email if you are a tele-medicine patient o, they can monitor your progress.
  • You need to repeat this every four weeks, including a repeat of your blood test to check for side effects, check of your Blood Pressure, weight and BMI, and a photo of yourself to add to your medical chart.
