Steps to get started with Weight Loss at Patients Medical:
WEIGHT LOSS USING GLP-1 SEMAGLUTIDE
Normal Membership Fee is  $138 per month, payable at start or $1,656.
SPECIAL OFFER! For a temporary period, the Membership for the 12-month program is only $100 per month, payable monthly. The membership includes appointments, diet plan, fitness plan, weight loss support, an insurance advocate, and much more.
The first month is $100!
The doctors will review your blood test results and confirmed that you are medically qualified to start this program.Â
Our physicians have reviewed it to ensure you can participate in the weight loss program.
What happens if I donot qualify medically for this weight loss program?
If the physician feels after reviewing your blood and the initial consultation, you are not a good candidate for the weight loss program there will be no charge.Â
Instead, the physician will give you a referral back to your own physician to address the issues discovered in the blood draw and initial consultation.
Or you can see one of our physicians to address the issues identified, at your option.
After these are addressed, you will be invited to return to start the weight loss program.
We try to make the program as risk-free as possible, so if you’re unhappy for any reason, then you can unsubscribe at any time.
Membership Includes
1. Support and Messaging with Expert Board-Certified MD Doctors with over 20 years’ experience and medical staff. This support includes medical review of the blood test results being performed monthly.
2. Monthly GLP-1a Prescription (Can be Semaglutide, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Saxenda, Rybelsus, Trulicity, Victoza, or Wegovy).
3. Initial and monthly Blood Test Metabolic Lab Order & Analysis. We will give you a prescription for the blood draw. The blood draw cost is $35 in our office and is not included. Blood drawing costs are $0 if you use an offsite location like LabCorp or Bio-Reference. This is your option.
- The actual Blood Test costs are typically covered by health insurance.
- Blood tests are recommended every four weeks to ensure there are no side effects that need to be addressed that re caused by the medication.
- Note: In the event the test results indicate any abnormalities for which medical treatment may be necessary, you will be referred back to your own primary physician for follow up. You can also see one of our practice physicians. The cost of this consultation will be additional.
4. Customized Diet Weight-Loss Plan Medication Prescription
Note: The medication cost is not included and can vary from $20 per month if your insurance pays for it or you get a promotional coupon, up to $1,250 per month if your insurance will not pay. Our insurance specialist will work with you to help you get the lowest cost medication.
If your health insurance will not cover, a low-cost Generic version of Ozempic (Semaglutide) is available at our clinic with prescription for $399.00 per month, it also comes as injections.
We try to make the program as risk-free as possible, so if you are unhappy for any reason, then you can unsubscribe at any time. Cancellation fee is only one month’s subscription or $99.00.
